Kartik is the founder and CEO at Corestrat Capital. He brings intensive global corporate leadership in the field of risk management and data science in financial industry with a strong emphasis on optimising business results.  His experience includes C-Level management roles in diverse financial industry leaders across 5 continents.

Prior to the formation of Corestrat Capital, Kartik founded a business advisory consulting firm dedicated to developing early stage firms, and more recently his focus has been on wealth management portfolio optimization through decision analytics.  Kartik has a well-connected network of talent and customers across 25 countries, with relationships at executive levels in large global companies.

Kartik is a CFA, and received his MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.

Joe brings more than two decades of corporate experience and leadership in business development, e-commerce and product solutions across large and small organizations, partnering with global stakeholders in North America, Europe, and Asia. Joe has successfully worked in large multinationals and has enjoyed great success in supporting and managing start-up ventures.

Joe is a respected leader across the start-up ecosystem in Italy and in Europe, having successfully co-led the Intesa Sanpaolo Bank’s Start Up Initiative and accelerator program. His leadership expertise, apart from extensive experience in the financial services, venture capital and the retail sectors, is focused on developing sustainable new businesses with great teams which can compete globally.

Joe holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona.

As an entrepreneur, executive-advisor, innovation ecosystems architect and technology developer, Bill has designed and deployed tools that take tech projects through their entire lifecycles. From concept to ROI. That includes the linked subsystems that support the needs of all stakeholders: entrepreneurs, private investors, institutional investors, service providers, corporates, and Investment banks.

Following ten years on the early scientific staff of AMGEN, Bill  spent more than 20 years developing, founding, and funding new technology and investment organizations as an investor, CEO, Board Member, and advisor to entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, executives, universities, and investors.

Bill is currently advising many banks and corporates in Europe, having developed and launched the Startup Initiative, a California-designed innovation program for Italy’s largest bank Intesa Sanpaolo.



Ravi was a professor of Operations Management in the Department of Information and Operations Management and served as Department Chairman, Vice Dean for International and Graduate Programs. He also served as Distinguished Professor and Dean of College of Business at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST). He was a shaw Chair professor at Nanyang Business School (NBS) in NTU, Singapore, where he served as Dean and Associate Provost.

During his tenure, NBS was globally ranked by the Financial Times as #10 for its EMBA and #22 for its MBA and he helped raise over SG$35 million.

Professor Kumar has received awards for teaching excellence at both University if Illinos and USC. He is author or co-author of more than 70 articles in international peer-reviewed academic journals. Global companies have funded his research as well as the National Science Foundation.



Lin is a Founding and Managing Partner at Carlton Credit Partners and is a member of the Investment Committee and Board of Directors. Lin is responsible for new business origination, deal execution and portfolio oversight.

Lin has been focusing on direct debt investment since 2001, having invested over $580 million in direct lending and opportunistic credit deals. Prior to Carlton Credit Partners, Lin began her investment career at Chatham Capital, a leading lower-middle market private debt fund manager with $1.2 billion capital deployed, and she became a Partner and a member of its investment committee. At Chatham, Lin played a lead role in over half of Chatham’s investments across various industries and was a key contributor to the long term success of the firm. 

Earlier in her career, Lin was an investment banker at Cardinal Ventures, focusing on private placement of debt capital and M&A transactions.
